At Love VB, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality volleyball performance training, evaluations, clinics, memberships, and digital services. Due to the nature of scheduling, limited training capacity, and program preparation, the following refund policy applies to all services and purchases.

1. Training Sessions & Memberships

Single Sessions:
All single-session purchases are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours notice, based on availability.
Late cancellations or missed sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.

2. Memberships

Memberships reserve training availability and priority access within the LVB Performance system.

Because space is limited and scheduling capacity is protected for members:

• Membership fees are non-refundable.

• Memberships may not be paused or transferred unless approved in writing.

• Unused sessions do not roll over unless specifically stated in the membership agreement.

If a member chooses to cancel:

• A written cancellation request must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

• Billing already processed will not be refunded.
   

3. Intensive Programs / Performance Blocks

Programs including:

• LVB Performance Intensive

• Multi-week training blocks

• Specialty development programs

• Combine preparation

• Jump/hitting programs

require advanced planning, staffing, and reserved court space.

Because of this:

• Payments are non-refundable after the program begins.

• Withdrawals before the start date may qualify for partial credit at LVB’s discretion.

• Missed sessions during a program are not guaranteed makeups.
   

4. Clinics, Combines & Events

Event registrations are generally non-refundable due to:

• Limited roster spots

• Staffing

• Facility reservations

• Operational planning

If cancellation occurs:

• More than 7 days before the event: eligible for account credit.

• Within 7 days of the event: non-refundable.

If an event is canceled by LVB Performance, athletes will receive either:

• A full refund, or

• Transferable credit.
   

5. Digital Products & Online Services

All sales are final for:

• Digital Downloads

• App Subscriptions

• Assessments

• Recruiting Tools

• QR Products

• Digital Memberships

• Online Curriculum Access

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

6. Chargebacks

By purchasing services through LVB Performance, clients agree to contact us directly first regarding any billing concerns.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension of training access

• Removal from membership privileges

• Collection efforts if necessary
   

7. Medical / Emergency Exceptions

We understand unforeseen situations occur.

Medical emergencies or season-ending injuries may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Approved accommodations may include:

• Temporary account credit

• Transfer option

• Modified training arrangement

Refunds are not guaranteed.

8. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing, booking, or participating in any LVB Performance service, program, membership, clinic, or digital product, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
