By accessing this website, purchasing services, or participating in any training, program, or platform (including LVB Nexus), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Curriculum, systems, and intellectual property

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical injury

Overuse injuries

Contact-related incidents
By participating, you:

Voluntarily assume all risks

Accept full responsibility for participation

Confirm you are physically capable
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you:

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All systems, methods, and materials—including:

Training curriculum

Performance scoring systems
-
LVB Nexus platform and structure

Evaluation methods
are the exclusive property of LVB Performance Systems, Inc.
You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute
-
Teach or resell
-
Reverse engineer or replicate
-
Use commercially without written permission
Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
6. DIGITAL PLATFORM (LVB NEXUS)
Use of LVB Nexus is subject to the following:

Feedback and analysis are informational only
-
AI or automated tools are assistive, not definitive
-
No guaranteed outcomes or results
We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue features
-
Update scoring or systems
-
Restrict access at our discretion
7. PERFORMANCE DATA & CONTENT
You may submit:

Performance data

Athlete information
You retain ownership of your content, but grant the Company a:

8. SCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Cancellations must be made within the designated timeframe

Late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions

No-shows may result in full loss of session

Limit booking access
9. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are final unless otherwise stated

Sessions and memberships are non-transferable

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
10. REFUNDS
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.
Valid reasons may include:

Duplicate purchase

Verified service issue
No refunds for:

Used sessions
-
Completed programs
-
Missed appointments
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use or integrate third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for:

Third-party functionality

Data handling outside our systems

Service interruptions
Use of such platforms is at your own risk.
12. MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive:

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services are provided:

Recruiting outcomes
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for:

Lost opportunities (including recruiting or scholarships)

Performance outcomes
Total liability is limited to:
